Nice hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff at the front desk, room service and when calling with questions. If you’re in tower two, expect a little bit of a walk to get to your room. Ice machine was broken and had to call room service to get ice on my floor. Overall, a good experience and the food from room service was very good. If you like old-fashioned traditional hotels where you can actually get a full meal delivered to your room this might be it for you. It is also within walking distance from Hertz rental car at the airport. Less than one block and there is a sidewalk.

The hotel is a little older and specifically in our room you could tell there was a lot of water damage in the bathroom. Bottom of the door was jagged and the ceiling had bubbles in the paint. Ok for a overnight stay if going to the airport in the morning. The shuttle driver was very nice
