Room was clean and comfortable, LOVE that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7!! Breakfast was good with hot options, and staff was very friendly! Our only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and had the do not disturb sign out on our door and housekeeping ignored it every time and knocked anyway 😒 We were sleeping because our hours were not the “normal” hours that most people have and being woken up was like someone knocking on your door at 3am. Other than that, the hotel was great and we will stay here again!

Everything was very nice. Location is close to just about everything. The neighborhood seems safe. Wished there were stairs for guest use. The elevators were on the slow side.
