I love the entire staff especially Sander & Kevin. They really appreciate the job and the people they service. If there is something to change it would be to ask whoever to Allow Cheese for the breakfast. Sander has great customer service skills based on our room having ants continuing to invade. He replaced our room and we had no ants.

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast - passed. Limited choices and not appealing. Laundry facilities were so bad I went to a local laundromat. Hotel is near shopping, gas and restaurants.

I checked and was told pool closed even though I did not plan to use it put suitcase down and came back for it that evening since I ended up staying with my friend who was dying. But everything looked nice and the young lady who checked me in was very nice. Your hotel was closest to my friends. thank you

I booked this room for my parents and I don't appreciate the room not being properly cleaned. There was a dirty wash cloth still hanging over the shower head and beer bottle caps on the floor. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and have never experienced the room being dirty. I will never book a room at Fairfield again.

When I went to check in I wasn’t allowed to. They said it wasn’t approved because they hadn’t received a virtual payment from Expedia. After contacting Expedia they put me on hold for over a half hour. Then ended up calling the hotel itself to try and resolve it. Over an hour later they let me get a room. Asked the Expedia representative what was going to be done about this and he basically said that is how they operate

I thought the 5.00 per day parking fee was unnecessary. It was a standard parking lot and the fee wasn’t disclosed. They ask for a credit card for incidentals. The charge shows up the next morning. Be up front and don’t have hidden fees.

When we checked in they told me there would be a $5 charge for parking that was refundable at checkout, this is not stated on the website. It was explained to keep other people from parking in the lot. Well don’t punish the customers that are PAYING to stay at your establishment. This wasn’t downtown Stlouis, but Wentzville! Upon checkout, which I assume was the manager was extremely rude, & keep saying not at this location ! My son lives in Wentzville so this location is close for me, I will not be back, you don’t treat customers that way.

Great stay in Wentzville! Staff were super friendly and the common areas and room were very clean. Awesome breakfast in the morning. Only downside during our stay was the intermittent downtime for the elevator that wasn't communicated to us. Otherwise we loved our stay.
