The only issue we had was that the liquid soap container was empty. Other than that everything else was great! Beds were very comfortable, temperature perfect, service at restaurant was great, room service very good, free parking close to entrance, request for late was accepted, etc

The staff was very friendly, checking was quick, we were able to have first floor as we had requested. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The sliding glass door to the courtyard was perfect. The outdoor seating area is fantastic. There is Starbucks with many food options along with coffee. Very easy to find, right off the highway. Will definitely return as we frequently go to Soulard for live music.

The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!
