Every staff member we interacted with was phenomenal. But, a main reason we chose this hotel was for the electric vehicle charging that it is supposed to have. There is only one, and it’s broken.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made a noticeable difference. The hotel’s amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and high level of service throughout my stay. The hotel was in a good location off the interstate. Parking was well lit. The staff at the front desk were super friendly. There is a pool and they had hot coffee, juice and continental breakfast early in the morning. The linens and room were clean and the fridge kept everything very cold. The downside: The walls were kind of thin, so you could hear others pretty easily, but luckily it was pretty quiet. My biggest turnoff was the carpet in the room. There were a couple places that I stepped on barefooted that you could tell had not been cleaned properly. And the lighting in the bathroom was kind of dim. Overall it was a good stay, but for the price they charge, I feel like it could be updated a little more.

The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The room lighting was poor. Worst part was paper thin walls- noisy neighbors kept me awake and when they went to bed, I could hear loud snoring so sleep was very interrupted and I was only there because I missed a late night flight.
