2020 Vacation

The location is great! The room was clean, beds comfy. Needs some minor repairs on the inside, but overall nothing that would make you have to leave. The place worked with us to take care of issues we had. The food in the area is wonderful.

Very quaint upstairs/downstairs apartment. A bit humid on upper level. Beds comfy!

Spare bedding for sofa/futon couch had black moldy stain. Second bathroom wasnt really a full bathroom, barely even a half bathroom. Toilet is so close to sink you can barely even sit down. Washer and dryer is crap. Took 3 hours for a small load to dry. Company even had the nerve to ask us in email to start the dirty towels laundry so housekeeping could get a head start but didn't even provide laundry soap so we had to by some for them. Outside steps to back parking lot had an old wood pallet for stepping on but it was so old that my daughters foot went through it and scratched her ankle. For the price we paid it wasnt horrible but we probably will try somewhere else on our next St Louis visit.

For the price I guess it’s hard to complain, but apartment had some serious cosmetic issues. Patched drywall etc...neighborhood is less than ideal, but location to downtown is great. $10 Uber XL gets you there easy.

Property shows wear and tear. Needs a maintenance refresh and good cleaning. Fun urban neighborhood, good WiFi. Lots of stairs. Bedrooms on first level; kitchen on second level. Parking and entrance are hard to find in back of building. Loud at night from neighborhood bars and revved motors.

Nice 2nd story appartment. Several minor issues. But its an old building. The location is not ideal for St. Louis, but not unacceptable either. Nothing within walking distance of the appartment. Overall, I'd use this apartment again, if there were no real downtown options.
