I loved my stay, but evidently this is in a relatively rough part of town. I didn’t realise that when I booked it so it’s probably not very good in terms of walking around, but I was just there for one quick overnight stay so it was lovely. In addition the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and worth going to! Quite a crowd and an amazing menu.

We loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff was throughout our stay. Upon arrival, our room was not as clean as we expected, but after notifying the concierge, the issue was addressed promptly and the room was cleaned to perfection. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and every meal was excellent. It wasn't a bad stay. It was a clean hotel and the staff was nice. My only complaint it is that it didn't look like the pictures. Online this looks a lot more luxurious than it is. Not saying it's bad, but in person, it definitely gives renovated YMCA.
