The staff made us feel welcome from our arrival to the time we left across the board, The room was super clean and the furnishings and bedding comfortable. The AC could have been a bit cooler to compensate for the heat... but overall good. The BlueFin Restaurant food and service could have been better.

The staff are amazing. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The property was very clean including the rooms, common areas and the pool area. However, the beach was rather small. The ocean front view off the balcony was as advertised. The amenities were reasonable. The breakfast selection could have been better. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would certainly return to the resort.

The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.

Everything was excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing vibe and entertainment. Beach front nice but not ideal for swimming. Pools were great and bar service was amazing. All restaurants were unique especially Oro which was tantalizing. Will be back again. Love Barbados 🇧🇧

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a great sense of space. Rooms were cleaned every day and there was a turn down service. Would highly recommend this resort to everyone. All-inclusive facilities were great, loved the pina coladas and mango coladas, and the staff couldn’t be nicer to us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on a trip to Barbados.

This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.

Hotel was wonderful, our room was everything we could have asked for and more with beautiful views of the beach and stunning sunset every day. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful they all made us feel right at home and like we could ask anything anytime. Our second visit to 02 and although the price has increased significantly in the last 3 years we decided to treat ourselves. Overall we had a great stay, comfy bed, luxurious suite and amazing views from the balcony. Only being allowed one towel per person and not getting a sunbed on the beach on one day when the hotel had quite a few day guests were the only real negatives.

The first thing to say is how good the staff were. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is good, beach is nice and located on the St Lawrence Gap. The Oro restaurant has really good food, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and the Italian evening menu has a good selection too (although not that Italian, ie no Spaghetti Bolognese, which disappointed my daughter). The apartments are of a good size, comfy beds, a fully stocked complimentary fridge and massive showers! However, the apartments are a bit dated (in the old block, approx 15 years old), and although the maintenance team fixed all issues quickly, we found too many to keep reporting. The issues were small, broken toilet seats, wall attachments not fixed correctly, leaky air conditioners and TV's very unpredictable. The issues were all small, but just cumulative. We noticed a drop off in the service of the main Elements restaurant about halfway through our stay. This may have been due to increased guests; however, we shouldn't be ignored for a breakfast, tea or coffee (it would be easier to get them ourselves), and at one of our evening meals we felt invisible as everyone else got served around us, whilst we waited! I feel a bit sad in saying this, as the staff were so good. Special mentions to Dwayne, who let me watch the world cup match on his phone, CarolAnn and the other pool/shack service team and Mosiah and his associate at reception, who were very friendly and helpful.

Great all inclusive. If you're going to book at O2, make sure you book your dinner or dinners at Oro way ahead of your arrival. Excellent restaurant. The other options are great also, but Oro is the best on the resort for dinner.
