Location was perfect walking distance to the night life . Make sure you stop for breakfast in the morning and please talk to Michael. He’s a wealth of knowledge of the island. Give him four minutes of your time every day and he knows the dues and don’ts this guy is definitely an asset to the hotel. He made our trip much better by guiding us where to go and we’re not to thanks again Michael we will be back.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and clean. I used the sauna which was great. I thought the filtered water and ice station close to our room was great. The omelette at breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast staff were great.

Room was spotless Staff were great Facilities great Breakfast great Facilities suck as gym was ok Pools were ok Sauna was great Room was quite dark especially the bathroom Bathroom needs small shelves to put toothpaste plus utensils on Room 207 with balcony faced a major roadway coming into St Jillian’s thus noisy motorbikes etc All in all was very good Would I stay again

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand new hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with a really lovely atmosphere throughout. The location couldn’t be better - close to bus stops, a large supermarket, and plenty of great restaurants, which made exploring so easy and convenient. What I appreciated the most was how the hotel became a place I genuinely looked forward to returning to after a full day of sightseeing. It’s perfect if you want to unwind, whether that’s relaxing in the spa or pool, or simply enjoying the comfort and calm of the rooms. I also really appreciated a water refill station, which is a great sustainable touch! A special thank you to the entire team and management for making my stay so memorable. Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with care, which made a real difference. The attention to detail truly stands out, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into creating such a great guest experience. Thank you again, and I wish you all the very best for the upcoming season! I would absolutely love to come back!

Ho soggiornato qualche notte presso questa struttura. Molto ben curata e pulita. Camera completa di tutti i comfort, anche con i prodotti da bagno,super (non scontato), letto comodo, servizio impeccabile. Colazione buona ,nulla da dire Il personale sempee disponibile ad aiutarti ,gentile e sorridente L'unico suggerimento che posso dare Ă© coprire i salumi e alcuni cibi con le apposite retine di protezione, per evitare l'arrivo di.piccole mosche su di essi . Per il resto super , ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Wir hatten das Zimmer „Deluxe with Bathtub“ gebucht. Leider war es sehr dunkel, mit Milchglasfenstern und dunkler Einrichtung. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres Zimmer mit Terrasse, was schön war. Allerdings lag dieses direkt an der Hauptstraße, die Fenster waren sehr schlecht isoliert – extremer LĂ€rm die ganze Nacht. Auch hier war das Badezimmer komplett schwarz und schlecht beleuchtet. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war eine große EnttĂ€uschung. Bereits 1,5 Stunden vor Ende gab es keine Eier mehr. FĂŒr uns inakzeptabel – wir sind auswĂ€rts frĂŒhstĂŒcken gegangen. Das Personal war bemĂŒht, sprach Englisch, jedoch oft schwer verstĂ€ndlich. Beschwerden wurden stets mit dem Hinweis entschuldigt, dass das Hotel erst seit drei Monaten geöffnet sei. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis stimmt leider nicht.

Hotel erst einige Monate offen, also alles noch neu und in gutem Zustand. Service ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Austausch der PapiertĂŒcher hat mehrere Tage gedauert, haben aber nicht explizit nachgefragt
FrĂŒhstĂŒck gut obwohl wenig Änderung in der Auswahl. Cappuccino und Latte aus der Maschine (aber anscheinend mit Milchpulver, was den Geschmack etwas beeintrĂ€chtigt). Parkgarage nicht direkt am Hotel, aber in wenigen Gehminuten immer einen Parkplatz am Straßenrand gefunden gut gelegen mit Restaurants in fusslaufiger Entfernung. Dans l’ensemble, l’hĂŽtel est plutĂŽt correct et bien situĂ©, avec de nombreux services et commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. Cependant, pour un Ă©tablissement affichĂ© 4 Ă©toiles, je pense que le niveau de prestation correspond davantage Ă  un 3 Ă©toiles. Concernant la propretĂ©, elle est moyenne. Les serviettes ont Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es, mais les draps n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© renouvelĂ©s durant 6 jours, et ni le sol ni les poussiĂšres n’ont Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©s rĂ©guliĂšrement. Le personnel est globalement sympathique, Ă  l’exception d’un monsieur ĂągĂ© prĂ©sent au restaurant le matin. Je ne connais pas son rĂŽle exact, mais il demande systĂ©matiquement notre numĂ©ro de chambre et adopte un regard insistant. J’ai eu l’impression d’ĂȘtre observĂ© pendant tout mon petit-dĂ©jeuner, ce qui Ă©tait assez inconfortable. La piscine chauffĂ©e n’a fonctionnĂ© que deux fois durant mon sĂ©jour. Le problĂšme le plus important reste toutefois le bruit. Pendant 6 nuits, je n’ai rĂ©ussi Ă  dormir correctement qu'une seule fois. Dans la premiĂšre chambre, une machine faisait Ă©normĂ©ment de bruit. On m’a ensuite dĂ©placĂ© au premier Ă©tage, cĂŽtĂ© rue, et j’avais l’impression de dormir dehors tant on entendait les conversations et les bruits de la rue : l’isolation phonique est trĂšs insuffisante. La derniĂšre nuit, un souci d’éclairage m’a obligĂ© Ă  changer une nouvelle fois de chambre vers 23h ; c’est dans cette chambre que j’ai enfin pu dormir un peu, jusqu’à environ 2h du matin. Je tenais Ă  vous faire part de ces retours afin d’amĂ©liorer la qualitĂ© de votre Ă©tablis
