The staff were amazingly friendly and nothing was too much for them. Overall would recommend the hotel, the facilities are good and hotel is in a great location. My only criticism is not having a sink in the separate toilet in the room.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I have to say it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The views from our room were spectacular. The staff were amazing. The facilities were great. I never understand why children are excluded from the indoor pools and roof top pools in any hotel as families pay the same amount if not more for the stay, but we knew that before we booked up, so can't complain too much. The staff went the extra mile! The rooms were spotless and always cleaned very quickly after leaving and turned down on a night time. The Club Lounge was fantastic. All in all it was amazing and really helped us cope wi the sweltering Maltese heat.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. The only areas for improvement would be to offer a bit more variety on the menu at Atrio and perhaps include a small welcome treat or goodies in the room on arrival to make guests feel even more special.

It was a great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean at all times. We were upgraded to a higher suite which came as a pleasant surprise on arrival. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly which is a big positive for the hotel. A couple of points they can perhaps improve, we felt it can do with more activities for the kids. Usually resorts of this band run a kids club which was missing at this hotel. They had live music in the bar on thursday which was brilliant and very entertaining but was not well published. We happened to be at the bar by chance that evening and would have liked to be informed of live music evenings as we really enjoyed it and could have planned it better.

Lovely, spacious room and stunning view over Balluta Bay. Hotel feels quite claustrophobic compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area and food choices quite limited. Some of the staff were excellent, particularly housekeeping and reception, but it was sometimes difficult to get someone's attention on the terrace or in the lounge. It felt more appropriate for business travel rather than our biannual trip to visit Maltese family, but we had a good stay nevertheless.
