Great location, with easy access to the sea. Friendly staff and large rooms and beds. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and there was a lot of amenities that could work better (shower, aircon, lift). The breakfast had a lot of variety but it didn’t feel of great quality.

Nice clean rooms, small fridge, huge bed and great views from balcony to marina and the Med. TV channels in English very limited. Excellent breakfast buffet wide choice of food and drink. Pool area is good towels supplied food and drink available all day. Large palm trees around pool but a few are dead as they were last October need to replace. Many local restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Friendly staff.

Having contacting for a upgrade months before arriving and having email confirmation when arriving we were given a tool on 1st floor no balcony we went straight back to reception and were loved to another floor with a balcony which was much better we decided not to wait any longer for the room upgrade we requested and were willing to pay for and stayed on 5th floor, the hotel itself is a great base to explore Malta and lovely main areas there is renovations taking place just now and the lifts are so slow but one was out of action staff we all lively and breakfast was as expected for buffet catering Pool was lovely and clean would benefit from more steps for entry and exit to the sea as only one set and the stone steps are worn and slippy and could cause an accident if used.

Breakfast was really good. Everything was clean but wasn't impressed with our shower in our room which did not have force to enable us to shower properly plus at one point it was only pipping hot water and I nearly burnt myself. Complained twice but nothing got fixed and wasn't even offered a different room. As thus hotel is part of the Radisson Group I expected higher standards. I won't be recommending this hotel!!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. We booked a Premium Family Room for our family of four with two young children, but the air conditioning in our room was faulty from the moment we checked in. We were moved between several rooms, and despite spending a lot of time trying to resolve the issue with management, we never received a proper solution. In the end, they give us to regular rooms, one of them has a non working air conditioner. we had to sleep all four of us in one room because only one of the allocated rooms had working air conditioning. This was far from the relaxing family holiday we had expected. The positive aspects were the beautiful sea views from the hotel and the reception staff, who were genuinely friendly, polite, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, the hotel’s handling of the maintenance issue and the lack of an effective resolution overshadowed the positives. Breakfast buffet was good with omelette station however, Dinner buffet has very limited options and not the proper quality you would expect in 4 stars hotel. I hope the hotel addresses these problems so that future guests do not have the same experience.

Great stay in St Juliens.

Fantastic location and view. This hotel is ideal for a short stay break. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received a bottle of wine from the hotel which was a touch of class. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was immaculate.

I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were amazing — spacious, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming from start to finish. The service was absolutely brilliant. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was always someone on hand whenever we needed assistance. The level of care and attention we received truly made our stay special. The pool area was fantastic and added so much to the experience. The food, however, deserves a special mention — absolutely impeccable. Every meal was delicious, and the desserts were on another level entirely. The chefs are a huge asset to this hotel and deserve recognition for the quality they deliver. I have stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced service quite like this. The team at Cavalieri Hotel made our trip memorable in every possible way. I would absolutely return, bring friends, and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. In fact, if I come back to Malta, this is the only hotel I would stay in. Thank you very much, Cavalieri Hotel, for making our trip so unforgettable.
