Very clean room, spacious, appealing decor to my taste. Check-in staff very helpful and friendly. Much better than I expected for what I think of as a budget option for travelers. And noticeably cheaper than options in nearby St. Joseph.

Staff was very helpful when I checked in and when my room key didn’t work the second night. The room had a slight smell of booze and cigarettes, but appeared to be clean. The body wash dispenser was empty and there was conditioner, but no shampoo. Room service did not come to my room at all to clean it. Had I asked to have these issues fixed, I have no doubt they would have done their best to make it right. But, given I was barely there, I didn’t follow up.

Dated rooms, no usb port options, shower head dripped all night, no elevator to 2nd floor, very loud car starting and idling outside our room until late in the night. Breakfast was bare continental but the staff was pleasant. Strong smell of incense in the lobby.

Sometimes Super 8's can be hit or miss. This one was excellent. The night front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their hotel as the lobby, breakfast space, and rooms were very clean, especially for being pet-friendly. The only thing I wish that pet-friendly hotels in general provided was a small broom and dustpan in the rooms so that guests can help clean up after their pets for the hotel staff. We travel back and forth from WY to IL to see family often and will make this our new halfway stop spot.

Front desk staff very polite, well dressed, and took the time to explain certain policies. Room was clean and I was happy with the stay overall. I did have an older room neighbor that was hard of hearing and the noise from the tv travelled easily through the wall. The curtain was unable to be draw to blackout and allowed for quite a lot of light to enter. The bathroom had a musty odor from the shower curtain.
