The accommodations were wonderful and conveniently located. The condo was spacious and contained everything you’d need. The communication and support from the team was top notch. This is the place to stay for your St John’s vacation.

Location was great, right downtown and could walk to all the nightlife, shopping, restaurants and cafes and event centre. The condo was a great surprise, modern, clean and had great amenities. Kitchen was stocked with extras I didn't expect- spices, coffee, tea, sugar and saran, foil wrap. Loved having access to washer and dryer and bed was comfy. Had minor issue upon arrival, contacted owner, he responded immediately. Parking garage was close however did not realize it wasn't included- about $20/day. Only complaint is there was one night of banging bass music from club close by until 3am, all other nights were quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and perfect space for our needs. Fully equipped kitchen was great for making meals. Bed was comfy and the location was perfect. Very close to shops and some really wonderful restaurants. It is up some stairs and there is no elevator but that wasn’t a big deal. Also, Water street is closed to traffic during specific times in the summer so we parked a block away. There is a staircase that pretty much gets you to the nearest parking lot so pretty convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Much like most of downtown St. John’s, there were a lot of stairs. 40 steps to be exact! lol, we managed & it helped burn some of the sweats nearby we enjoyed. Water street (in front of the accommodations) was closed for Pedestrian traffic which was nice; however, ensured more caloric burn while transporting luggage. The condo was nice and roomy. Clean and crisp. We had a problem with the TV, but one text to the host and he was on it! Great response time with any and all questions. Walking distance to so many great spots to shop, eat, hike and explore. I would book here again.
