Nice room(s). Good view of the harbor from the rear porch. Nice gazebo out front, garden and trees well maintained. Kitchen almost fully equipped. The pot cover missing a knob was not quite usable. Refrigerator was not cold. Gas cooking without ventilation was a little concerning-- had to leave the front door open. Front porch light was out, but upon request it was promptly replaced. The floor lamp in the living room was out (did not report).
