there is a very clean room. stuff are too good,friendly. breakfast is Canadian as usual and the parking lot is a very nice parking lot and lots of option parking 15, 14, 13 but think is like the bed size is too small. otherwise everything good.

Lovely place, the kindest staff I've ever met, I will definitely be staying there again but I wouldn't recommend staying with Expedia, they charged us twice and according to the staff at the university, this is not uncommon.

First off, you have to know what you are booking. This is a university dorm room with 2 twin beds and institional decor. There are shared bathrooms on each floor. This is not for all travellers. But if you're easy-breezy and just need a bed to sleep in while you explore St. John's, it's great!

The facility was clean but the room that I had smelled terrible of what I assume was Vape. Whomever stayed in the room was obviously a chronic vaper as the smell was engrained into the desk chair. I did call the reservation desk and was told they would move me to another room but that never happened. I just took more reactine! Signs indicate that you can do laundry so I requested the card for that and was told I had to go to the library to have it loaded. Went to the library and it was closed so I couldn't do laundry. The breakfast is very basic. Some oatmeal packages, Keurig coffee, yogurt, and toast, apples and bananas. Overall, it's a clean, safe and decent place to stay. Claire at the front desk was friendly!
