Cheap accommodation, clean, breakfast was adequate, no air conditioning but wasn't too hot. Elevator stopped working meaning stairs to top floor was very inconvenient.

While the room was clean, the staff friendly, and the continental breakfast great, we missed having our own private bathroom and a T.V. However, my son did get to experience dorm life.

Had a one night stay, was good for that purpose. Hallway was a bit loud when others were moving around, but considering it’s a dorm area, it was expected. Breakfast included was perfect.

Lovely place, the kindest staff I've ever met, I will definitely be staying there again but I wouldn't recommend staying with Expedia, they charged us twice and according to the staff at the university, this is not uncommon.

First off, you have to know what you are booking. This is a university dorm room with 2 twin beds and institional decor. There are shared bathrooms on each floor. This is not for all travellers. But if you're easy-breezy and just need a bed to sleep in while you explore St. John's, it's great!
