Spacious. Clean. Air conditioning works well. If you’re walking, it’s an easy walk down to Cruze Bay. You’re gonna feel the burn a bit on the walk up. But the Dolphin is very convenient jumping off point (with cold drinks and snacks) for walking up the hill.

Our stay at Villa Island Paradise was exactly the escape we needed. The room was impressively clean, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. Having laundry on-site was a huge plus for refreshing our gear after beach days, and being so close to local shops made grabbing daily essentials a breeze. It’s a rare find that feels both high-end and totally relaxed—we’re already planning our return!

A charming gem with true island vibes. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the shared spaces (like the pool/terrace) were great for meeting other travelers. Breathtaking views and top-notch service. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. Watching the sunset over the harbor from our lanai was a daily ritual we won't soon forget. The property felt like a private oasis, yet we were only minutes away from the shopping at Mongoose Junction. The staff treated us with such warmth and provided everything we needed for our beach days. If you're looking for luxury in Cruz Bay, this is it!

This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well. My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. Well stocked kitchen with adequate dishes and cookware for family. AC and fans were great quality. The patios and balconies are very large making it enjoyable to be outside to enjoy the views. A really nice plus was that each unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkeling gear available for use at no charge. Very easy to send messages to the host and management for any issues. We decided to extend 2 times here and on the 2nd the host rearranged another unit with an early check in so that we could move our food and other goods easily.

Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved being in a private setting and close to everything in town at the same time. The porch was our favorite spot. It felt a little like being in a treehouse. Having two bedrooms was wonderful for my wife and I and our thirteen year old. Not a lot of negative to report. Parking was a challenge at times, but wouldn’t be a problem at all for someone from a city where parking in tight spots is the norm. I don’t think the place had an ice cream scoop(we made do with one of the big spoons), but that was our only glitch. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

We had a hard time locating the property, which was likely due to another car blocking the sign. The management was super helpful and once we found it, all was good! The property had everything we needed and we will definitely book here again!
