Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay.

Denise was an amazing host! I absolutely loved the place. Clean, close to the harbor, beaches, hiking, all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Cruz Bay. I stayed in eight hotels on this trip hopping around the Virgins, and this was by far my favorite property...and the rates were reasonable!

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Cruz Bay, close to the ferry, close to taxis that take you to various beaches, close to restaurants. We enjoyed eating at La Tapa and The Lime Inn.

The penthouse is amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. We had a full kitchen and two beautiful rooms to enjoy. It is especially nice to be able to have coffee with some buns in the lobby every morning. They were knowledgeable about the area and have direct us to many nice spots
