Front desk was especially friendly. Room was very clean and looked recently renovated. TV had a ton of cable channels kind of like what you have at home. Only negative I can think of is water pressure is a bit weak. They offer complimentary hot breakfast, but I didn’t make it each morning. Keep up the nice work.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were no towels, extra toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. Had to go to front desk for these items. Bath items were sample size. Breakfast had limited items. Waffles were good. Went downstairs at 7:30 a.m. and there were not a lot of options available.

Great location right off of frontage rd. Easy access to all of the plantations. Hotel was quite, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Lots of petri chemical plants along the Mississippi. Lots of petro workers stay there and we always felt safe. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Continental at best with cold powdered eggs and cold sausage that was microwaved. Not many restaurants near by. Would stay here again for the convenience, but would skip the breakfast.

Was dirty , mold on shower curtains , dead bugs on floor, finger prints from previous tenants, elevator smelled like vomit

Staff welcomed guests with un sanitary bedding, clean sheets were asked for and not received. Visible dirt/ hair on pillows and in sheets. Room service was not complete and damp towels were given out, more than 1 towel could not be given out due to laundry not being done during the day.
