Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified for future guests. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

A fantastic stay in the heart of St Ives We loved our time at 5 Lyonesse Apartments! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was lovely. A great base for exploring the town and coastline. The owner was also very accommodating and helpful whose help we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended!

This was a little gem, great location for train station and St Ives town. The accommodation was perfect for two people, well presented,very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.

We booked our 3-night non-refundable reservation through Expedia and the listing said that parking was included. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. The parking lot is a 10-minute walk uphill from the flat, costs £11/day. The flat is cute although small, but very quiet with a comfortable bed and well equipped galley kitchen. The shower is a ridiculous contraption with lights and sound and various spray nozzles but you will soak the floor trying to figure out how to work it, and it is so ridiculously small it’s comical. If you’re over 6’/180 cm or of a larger girth, you won’t fit in it. We enjoyed our stay in spite of these inconveniences but mostly because we really loved the town.
