Room was very clean, and the three beds allowed our family to sleep comfortably in the same room. Breakfast was simple and good. We stayed here to visit Mackinac island, the shuttle services for the ferries picked us up right at the hotel. Pizza place down the road delivered right to the hotel making it easy to get food our first night after traveling. The beach was pretty clean and the water of Lake Huron was very clean and clear; was nice to walk and play in. Overall a positive experience and we would recommend.

Hotel is in a decent location and it is clean. Lake and Mackinaw Island views from the room are nice too. The property is old however and could use some updating particularly the lakeside (peeling trim, etc.).

Check in was easy, and the lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly- we appreciated her advice about the ferry service to Mackinac. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom clean. The body wash was empty, but the lady from the front replaced it within minutes. We had a lakeside room, which would have been very nice, but the weather prevented us from enjoying it. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it was good and enough to start our day. The breakfast area is a little small, but we were lucky there weren’t a lot of people at the time. Pool area is a little dated, but we didn’t use it so I can’t say how it was, but it looked clean. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would stay again

Check in was very easy. This was our first family vacation and it was perfect . Staff was super nice and helpful . Breakfast was simple. We didn’t get to go to the pool, hot tub and sana but we were at the beach and the views from our room !!!! Just amazing ! All and all it was a good experience.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and sunrise in the morning. Was perfect for our weekend stay and they have a free shuttle which picks you up and brings you to the Mackinac island Ferry which was perfect.

The 3 rooms we had were clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed on the bottom floor and had a very nice porch that we could sit on. I really enjoyed having not only a view of the lake but being on the lake itself. The continental breakfast was decent. My only complaint was that there was a lot of people having breakfast at the same time so the line for pancakes took a while. The free shuttle to Sheplers Ferry was greatly appreciated. I would not only recommend this hotel but I look forward to staying there again in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The room was very clean. Property an outdated but very friendly staff. The swimming pool nor the whirlpool. Daily consisted of pancakes, sausage, eggs, variety of bread, products, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and juices, as well as coffee and teas. A wonderful feature was that Sheppler had a Shuttle that would pick you up from your hotel and drop you off to get the ferry to Mackinac, which was super nice and saved you the $15 daily parking.

Nice hotel in St Ignace. Older hotel, that is still being remodeled. The staff was very nice! Breakfast menu is limited, but good. A beach right outside your door fir kids to play on or a nice walk. Highly recommended

This was a wonderful stay for my family. We were able to have 6 in one room with three queen beds. One of the beds was separated. The pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna were wonderful. Staff we extremely kind and helpful. It also had game play for the casino you could receive each day of your stay. The shuttle could take you back and forth.
