Lovely hotel, bit pricey but was rated 5* although needed few tweaks. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Tiny toiletries had to ask for more shower gel. Apart from that room lovely, large, great bed, great aircon especially as we were there in crazy hot weather. Not a brilliant view though. Helpful staff. Breakfast great. Tricky to find hotel entrance.

Great stay, friendly service after a horrible experience at another hotel in Jersey forced us to book a room here last minute. Free glass of Prosecco to help us relax, lovely room, great location. Definitely will visit again

Lovely weekend break..........

Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from town centre. Clean with good amenities but have to give a special shout out to the barman who made the best Old Fashioned ever! Great breakfasts and the Spa was fabulous - had a wonderfully relaxing massage. Would highly recommend.

Didn't manage to use spa. Room was, needed to get aircon vent in room fixed and bathroom ventilation fan never really worked even after asking for repair a few times. TV lost signal a few times. In general room was clean and ok and staff were helpful. Location was good and patking was fairly easy.

Room had some issues with air con vent misding a screw and hanging down which was fixed. Vent is bathroom did not work properly even after telling desk 3 times so bathroom steamed up every day after a shower. Food in restaurant was ok, never managed to use spa. Location was good, parking was ok but may be difficult in summer. Overall is a goid hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was in an excellent location for exploring St Helier and had free guest parking. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen preparing breakfast was excellent and the serving staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. We loved having our breakfast. The Spa pool was very nice too. We would definitely come here again.
