Fantastic location opposite the beach and lido with regular bus service. Had a spacious room with balcony and sea view. Buffet breakfast - good quality and freshly cooked. Ate in the restaurant a few times in the evening. Food and service were first rate. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are all very cheerful, the food was excellent and our room was sparkling clean. The location is good. We walked into town most days and used the local buses. There’s a stop right outside the hotel.

We had a really lovely family stay at the Ommaroo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice each morning, and the swimming pool was a brilliant bonus – the children particularly enjoyed it and we ended up using it several times during our stay. The location at Havre des Pas is fantastic, right by the beach and really convenient for getting into St Helier or catching buses to explore the rest of Jersey. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If I were to suggest one small addition, a fridge in the room would have been handy, particularly when staying as a family, but that's a very minor point. Overall we had a great stay, felt very comfortable there and would happily return to the Ommaroo on another trip to Jersey.

We were very happy with the seafront location, proximity to the beach and the Lido. We had a number of meals at the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. The room was spacious and clean, the room was very warm through the most recent heat wave yet manageable with a fan. Transportation access to downtown and other attractions was very convenient on the number one bus with both pick up and drop off at the door. We would stay here again and recommended it to others fully.

I had a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and shower. It was a cold weekend and I was able to turn the radiator on which heated up the room quickly. There is a healthy breakfast with unlimited fruit, hot offerings and tea, coffee, juice, pastries. The hotel is on the sea- front and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier and is on bus- routes. The staff are very professional and polite. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.
