It was decent but not as nice as we would have hoped. No elevators, ice machine was broken, poor lighting in room, outdated decor, nail polish stain on comforter, toilet ran all night. Hotel did not seem to be run very professionally. However, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, AC worked well.

Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean.

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The continental breakfast was very good with waffles, chocolate waffles, and a fresh yogert machine! Plus bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs. Lots of other things also. The pool area was very clean as was the hot tub. Unfortunately we went about a half hour before it closed so it was pretty dirty from being used all day long. The staff was helpful and nice. All in all this is not the 1st time i have stayed here and it will not be the last. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a bit to check in because there was only one person at the front desk, and many people were trying to check in. A great variety of breakfast foods. There is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to lug your luggage up one flight of stairs; it isn't terrible. Overall, great experience, and I will come back.
