Upside: Pet-friendly, comfortable bed, helpful staff, fairly quiet. Downside: Room keycards had to be continually resynced so we could get in both the exterior door and our room - we reserved a room for two nights and had to "rekey" our keycards at least 3x each and we ended up going home early (before the 2nd night); one of those times was at 2am when I couldn't get back in the door after taking our dog out to do his business. Can't comment on other amenities - we didn't use the pool, gym, nor did we try the complimentary breakfast. Coffee was decent.

We stayed July 21 to 22. We really enjoyed our stay here however there were a few things that could use improvement. The first thing I’ll say is this property seems well maintained however our AC did not work and the front desk girl brought us a fan while I was hoping she could have just transferred us to a room with AC. She said she would get maintenance to get it taken care of tomorrow but we wouldn’t be there tomorrow…she was younger maybe just inexperienced. In the morning we went for breakfast it was later then we should’ve gone breakfast ends at 10 we went in at 9:20 however the breakfast room was out of several things that I would’ve hoped would have been restocked throughout the morning but I had to ask for Milk and creamer also nearly all the forks and coffee cups were out it just seems there could have been more attention here. Other than that the rooms were clean and We were happy with our stay. There are many dining options within walking distance so we were really happy with that as well.

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The continental breakfast was very good with waffles, chocolate waffles, and a fresh yogert machine! Plus bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs. Lots of other things also. The pool area was very clean as was the hot tub. Unfortunately we went about a half hour before it closed so it was pretty dirty from being used all day long. The staff was helpful and nice. All in all this is not the 1st time i have stayed here and it will not be the last. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to wait a bit to check in because there was only one person at the front desk, and many people were trying to check in. A great variety of breakfast foods. There is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to lug your luggage up one flight of stairs; it isn't terrible. Overall, great experience, and I will come back.
