“The room was immaculate, comfortable, and very well presented. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A great small hotel with a personal touch, and I would happily stay here again.”

“The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. We ate in the restaurant for dinner several times and had great food every time. Staff were helpful whilst being unobtrusive. Our only suggestion is to advertise the vegan options better as...

“Ancient history, located in the middle of an old fishing village. The staff helpful and friendly. The area in the bar/restaurant was quite dark. The key hole to the room was too near the door frame, making it difficult to use.”
