This is a great place to stay. St. George is very small and this hotel puts you in walking distance of everything to do from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check in was easy, Forest was very helpful. The hotel is right on the beach. Walk across their deck and you are in the sand. It is also walking distance to all the restaurants and convenience stores on the island. If you want modern and fancy this hotel is not for you. It is however updated and clean. The state park is worth driving too. Eastpoint has a Dollar General and a few more restaurants. Apalachicola and port st Joe have a neat historic towns with shops and restaurants. Also, the cinnamon rolls at the Captains Corner are amazing. 😃 We really enjoyed our stay. I’m sure we will be back!

Rooms were clean, bathroom toilet water stunk of sewage. Showers had great pressure, never got a remote control for the tv even after telling 2 staff at front desk. Small courtyard but the ocean is right next to you. The beach was awesome. Hotel served it's purpose and had a good bed.
