We booked the villas because it was last minute and there was nothing else available in St George over spring break. The photos in the listing showed it was old but because the reviews said it was clean, we gave it a try. The villa was clean, but old. The carpet and furniture was very dated and the villa had a distinct old musty smell. The location was great though and the pool was nice. The air conditioning works well. This place has a lot of potential if the villas get a renovation.

This was a way better option for us than a hotel room. The room itself was older, but it was clean and it was spacious. The facilities were awesome. The hot tub and the pool were nice and warm, even though it was the middle of winter. I would definitely consider staying here again.
