I have not stayed much in Tru hotels and I am not used to having no drawers. I adapted well. Only complaint I had was with water pressure in the shower. Food was good. Employees are awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everyone was very kind and friendly, Fran was an absolute hero. Loved my entire interaction with her when checking out. She was by far the most caring individual I've interacted with out of the 3 last hotels we stayed at between California and Wyoming. Will definitely be staying at TRU Hilton locations moving forward.
