We had a couple things needing fixed with our room. The hotel management and desk attendant communicated weĺl and fixed them with promptness, courtesy and concern. This was huge to us. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful, good variety and well attended. We were here for 3 nights while visiting Zion, Bryce and the surrounding area. Hurricane was a good base for us.

Had to check out 1 day earlier, both of our beds were very old with no support, they were just old and needed to be changed out. Because of our early departure hotel wouldn't issue any refunds. Rest of hotel was good.

Rooms were very clean and so was the outside. The bed was very comfortable and so was the pillows. The pool was clean and heated. The breakfast was the same for both days, but it’s included, so who can complain? My only issue was the towels. So thin and cheap. They need to upgrade them. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.
