We went on a family trip to see the college here with two teenagers. We loved the pool and the local area. A lot of things to do in walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at check-in. The beds were pretty comfortable but there are definitely areas that the rooms could use some TLC and updates (like the bathroom area). The pool was also very nice to use and I would definitely stay here again.

I called ahead of time before booking our room to make sure the pool was operational and was told it was. Upon arrival and after checking in, I asked if we would need separate towels for the pool and THEN was informed that the pool was not working at the moment or open….. very disappointing to my children who were looking forward to swimming. Then this morning, briefly before checking out we tried to get some ice for our water bottles, and both ice machines were broken….. please fix your down equipment!

When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and the doors were locked with a sign asking us to call a specific number. Once staff arrived, they were very personable and helpful. Room smelled atrociously of cigarette smoke, bathtub and shower were very worn down. Would not stay here again.

The room 204 has a lot of patching on the ceiling The sink didn't drain and the hole at the back of the sink was so dirty with black gunk it was disgusting! The tub didn’t drain and filled 3/4 high by the time my husband took a shower it was grose! The tub made noises as if it was squeaking on the bottom when standing in it. Around the tub drain was so dirty and slimy I didn’t even take a shower only my husband it was so grose Our friends room down from us the mattress was awful and it was warped the the middle ….. this property owner needs to spend some money on repairs and cleaning‼️ Not happy to the extent that we didn’t even feel. Omgortsble eating there and we wanted a place with breakfast included eat at the facility

Overall stay was okay until check out. I forgot my wedding ring and called right away. Was told to call back after 3 when the housekeepers were done cleaning. Called back was told to call back the next day so they could check with housekeepers. I did and they said they didn’t find anything when I told them exactly where it was left and then the front desk hung up on me. Won’t stay again. Housekeepers are not trustworthy.

Breakfast was a significant disappointment, largely because I'd read several reviews that talked about how great it was. In my experience, it was just about average. There were no bagels or cream cheese, so that was a significant disappointment to me, since I try to eat lightly at these places. The waffle was fine, but much like any other hotel. The room was more than adequate, quite clean and fairly spacious. For some reason, the pool was extremely pretty. Sadly I could not find an ice machine that worked.
