A little more vacuuming the halls, entry, and elevator would have been good. The pool had quite a few leaves etc. floating in it and didn't look super well maintained. It was just after a rain, so maybe that was it..? We had a spacious room at the top floor which was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and fresh.

It was an OK hotel everybody was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. Why I gave only 3 stars was the pool and hot tub area was nothing to really relax at. Very basic and seemed like more of a motel pool, although it is handicap friendly. There was a variety of breakfast, but the fruit, eggs and sausages were a very poor quality, which we are protein eaters. The AC in the room is very effective, but extremely loud every time it goes on and off, specially noticeable when you’re sleeping.

As expected, the Hyatt property and staff were outstanding. I didn't use the pool and jacuzzi on this trip but haven't the past and greatly appreciate the fact that it's open and available. Late. Breakfast was excellent with a little more variety that I expected as well as some custom made egg options. One of my favorite places to stay in St. George and I'll certainly be back again soon.
