This was a good stay for budget minded families. The room was clean and the beds cozy. It seems like the property is getting some updates which will be nice. The staff is very friendly and my kids enjoyed the waffle breakfast.

Location is ideal 30min to Zion, 2hr to Bryce Canyon. Outside of property feels a little run down/on the older side, looks like they are in the process of renovation. Room itself was great however! The staff was friendly and helpful when I wanted to change rooms, and the Indian restaurant on premises is fantastic! This isn’t the most modern/updated motel by any means, so don’t expect anything more than a slightly rundown motel. Being next to Zion NP it’s, of course, overpriced, but a fine place to get a good night’s sleep with breakfast included. The El Rancho Mexican restaurant just up the street is also superb, with very simple but very well done plates.
