Great location in the city center with limited parking. Breakfast was pretty good compared to many other European hotels. Only issue was the cleanliness of our room. The walls were splashed with some brown stains. The bathroom doors had obvious smudges of dirt and whatnot. The shower tiles had black mould.

The hotel is situated right beside the bus and train station which is great for obvious reasons using the transport system. The hotel was spotless and well maintained all be it a little dated and showing signs of age. Breakfast was included in our deal which was a range of cooked and cold items to suite all ages and great coffee. Car parking is available onsite if you hire one. However at £25 a day or part there off I thought it was expensive. Considering how small the spaces were and no disabled space either So if someone is slightly infirm you had to stop and let them out before trying to park. There is a car parking beside the train station 5 minutes away modern bright and they charge £17 per day. Staff are extremely helpful and while most speak some English they mainly speak Swiss German. The house keeping team are great and the rooms or junior suite was immaculately maintained.

Very quick and easy check in. We got the room we asked for, higher level and twin beds. Very clean, compact but functional room. Nespresso and tea in the room. Great buffet, full trays, warm, always refilled. Easy to leave our luggage at reception. Very well located accross from the train station, and just a few minutes walk from the old town and attractions. Free bus pass for the two days. Would stay again without hesitation.
