Overall, I had a good experience at voco. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, and everything else was great. The only issue was that the check-in process was very slow and took longer than expected. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

Everything that had been advertised online was a lie!! No rooftop pool w/ Caribbean style cocktails service,no dining restaurant, no inside bar offering cocktails, no free parking , they even charged you for morning coffee.,,no microwave in your room.. really disappointed. The staff was very apologetic, said new owners took over and had not changed the website! I chose /booked this hotel, sight unseen for all its amenities for 4 nights .. hoping to surprise my husband on his 80 th birthday .,, I was so upset to the point of tears.,

The property was easy to get around considering I had my little dog with me for the first time at a hotel Rooms are clean but tight, bed comfortable. Front desk was very nice and smooth check in/out. One thing I can suggest is upgrading to full shower doors or curtains. The half of shower door leaves lots of water all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower. I’d say it’s a design flaw.

The check in area was a little hard to find but the check in process was easy. Room was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable. Bed was awesome. Location is walkable to downtown. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. We are coming back next month for a concert and definitely will stay here.

The location was great. The decor inside the hotel was great. The made-to-order breakfast was wonderful. Most of the staff was great. The covered parking was nice. The entrance is on the side of the building which was not easily visible at night. The bathroom towel rod was rusty and the drain in the shower was lower than the shower floor which made the floor uneven. The TV service was very slow. There was no dinner option at the restaurant as advertised.
