Small hotel with unbeatable location right on Vilano Beach with short drive to downtown St. Augustine. All rooms have an ocean view with small balcony (though first floor may be partially obstructed by sand dunes (we were on second floor)). Hotel is very pet friendly (and dogs are allowed on the beach). Friendly/helpful staff. No pool; breakfast decent not great. Still worth it.

We absolutely loved everything about the St. Augustine Beach house. It was a beautiful, intimate space right on the beach with gorgeous views and easy access. They provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc., They are family a dog friendly but it’s also perfect for couples. The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. The free breakfast was not your normal continental breakfast; we had menu options and it was prepared for us each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We cannot wait to go back again! Highly recommend!
