The place was great for a family with older kids. There was an open hot water tank/closet. The condo itself was clean, however the balcony was filthy and was easily tracked inside. We donated a rug for the balcony door. The owner requests you leave your shoes at the door...the littles feet were filthy all the time from going on the balcony. The railing was far enough apart that the 2 yr old would fit through. I would definitely stay again without young kids.
