I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and it's amenities. Close driving distance to historic St Augustine. Breakfast was perfect and their staff helpful. They had a nice pool. The bushes around the pool just needed a little bush trimming. I would go back again.

This is a 2-story hotel with no elevator. They were very accommodating in getting us a room on the first floor. The staff checking us in gave us really good information about St. Augustine that helped so much during our stay. Breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Very basic, but had everything we needed. Nice, free breakfast, pool ...older but well maintained property with a lot of charm. and excellent if you are traveling with pets. Good value for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful.
