First of all the listing for this said oceanfront Condo. It is not oceanfront and it is just 1 room like a hotel room. Not a condo. The sink nor shower would drain properly. The bed is broken and makes horrible noice when you move. The table on the deck is totally rusted and could give some one tetanus if cut by it. The furniture on deck is also broken. There is not a signed parking space for 306 which we didn't know and spent 30 minutes looking for it. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain pr
