The staff was very accommodating. My reservation wasn't showing in their system but they assured me that i would be taken care of, so helpful & pleasent. The rooms were newly remodeled & i loved the location, walking distance to everything we.needed.

My only real complaint with my stay is that we had no hot water in the shower. The manager did his best to remedy the problem but to no avail. The price is cheap and we booked last minute so that is a bonus. Overall, would stay again, granted the hot water was fixed. They also let us park our car there after we checked out, so we could walk around town. The price was right, can’t complain too much

I come to St. Augustine a lot and I've stayed here several times because it's cheap and convenient, never expecting the Fairmont on Knob Hill for the price, but I do expect the place to be clean and functional. The tub drain was full of nasty hair, there was no hot water, and the shower knob felt as though it would come right off. There was unpainted spackling where some repairs had been made but not finished. It was just disappointing. May not be back.
