This property is not well maintained. Considering that this is budget type Inn, this should be expected. One thing I like is the location. It's within walking distance to the beach which is really nice for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.

The hotel double charged my card, when we arrived, the freezer was leaking all over the floor, place was a little iffy but at least it was only a ten minute walk to the beach. Room was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. I had to get a new card issued by my bank from all the unauthorized charges

It was very close to the beach which was great, and convenient, staff were super helpful if we ever had any issues. Unfortunately, our bed was stained so we slept with a blanket overtop of it, the hotel towels were also stained before we even used them(staff switched them out right away), and our shower wouldn’t drain properly but it wasn’t too much of an issue.

The entire bldg is in much need of maintenance/renovation. In the room, the lamps, door frames and fixtures were all rusted. The shower too and tile grout stained with black mold. Not very clean at all.

The convenience to walking distance to the beach was excellent. Staying first floor I did like but very surprised about the room. I understand a handicap bathrooms needed by law but this bathroom the shower backed up and water did not drain and spread to the rest of the bathroom having to be very careful not to fall. The king size bed squeeked very loud no matter how careful you moved. Other than that the room was comfortable.

The property is not on the beach. There is a 10 minute walk on a boardwalk to the beach, but the beach there is lovely and not crowded at all. The pool is small. The breakfast area is cramped and the property needs a facelift, but the beds are comfortable and the beach, once you get there, is unmatched!

We checked in and staff was very kind I think I remember her name was Traci, was excellent. We got in our room and it smelled very clean, everything was comfy and clean little old looking but nothing crazy. Slept very nice quiet area a lot of places I get woken up by things in the night but I slept very good!

We had a great stay. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying with basics covered. Air conditioning was cold. Clean rooms with some minor wear and tear. Pool was nice but missing pool towels. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. We would do it again.

We just needed a place to stay for the night and it did the job. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed in, but neither the best. I liked how close it was to the beach and the park across the street. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay overall. It was just the bathroom the needed some upkeep.

Our room was very clean and smelled of bleach, which was reassuring! Needs upkeep like grout in the bathroom tile. Our bed was not a good experience. The bed framed squeaked loudly enough to wake us up every time we turned over. There were some sketchy characters sitting by the front entry for several hours. I was uncomfortable. Overall, ok for one night.
