This is a nice B & B in the beautiful historic district in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see or do. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this.

What really stood out was the perfect location right in the heart of Old Town—we could walk everywhere. Parking being included was a huge bonus. Breakfast was ahhhmazing: egg strata with delicious sausage, plus fresh fruit and juice. We loved relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch, just watching people stroll by. The room was very clean, very comfortable—comfy bed, ceiling fan, and cozy vibe—and the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming. A wonderful stay all around.

The room was clean on arrival but not tended to during our stay unless we asked for clean sheets, towels and rubbish (one extremely small bin in toilet) to be removed. Breakfasts were stunning if managed by the young ladies as it was more of a buffet and ingredients were separate, such as yoghurt and fruit; when cooked for by the owner of the B&B, my fruit was covered in yoghurt; it was given to my wife as I do not like the ingedient. The 'main'on this occasion was brought directly to you and there was no recourse for helping yourself to any more food. Sadly breakfast between 0900 and 1000 didn't suit our plans everyday and when we skipped breakfast one time when the owner was there, I received a text message stating I had to tell her when we would be at breakfast ~ there was no 'literature' on our arrival stating we 1) had to ask for cleaning, etc and 2) had to inform the property if we were attending breakfasts. Parking at the rear of the property was good.

The place is so quaint and steps from the Spanish Main Street. The room is excellent with many time period decoration. The staff is so helpful and agreed to let my daughter use the shower after check out time and helped keeping our luggage when we toured the campus.
