Very comfortable bed, but floor wasn't real clean. Brought this to their attention and they sent a staff to clean. Breakfast was minimal for the cost of the room. Location was great... beach was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our room with its outstanding views. We were able to relax on the balcony and see and listen to the ocean even at night. We enjoyed walking on the beach and it was centrally located so we could walk to Publix and our boat ride. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be coming back.

Stayed in the first floor of the beach house. Couldn’t ask for more. Spent 4 wonderful days in St. Augustine and came home to a very private little beach house with its own parking right in front of the beach. Had a little back patio with a super cute garden. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There was a fridge and a microwave and they give you a ton of coffee and hot chocolate little bags you can make with the coffee maker they have as well as a Toaster oven. The ac worked great and the TV had a bunch of channels. Our upstairs neighbors were very nice but had 3 kids so in the morning you could really hear the footsteps. The breakfast was super cute and they let you take some back to your room so they’re very kind. The parking was free. I would say it’s an 8/10 overall. If it had a jacuzzi I would give it a 10/10

The beach view is breathtaking. All rooms are ocean view. Property might be a bit beach wore but it great place to stay. Directly across from the beach with balcony view of the water. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was secure and I would have feel safe staying aolo. Beds are comfortable and we had stream hot showers. Plenty of food option including a grocery store on island. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful view! It’s an older place, but that just adds to its charm. Our room was very clean. We could hear the waves crashing right outside. The balcony was perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

The staff were so welcoming & great throughout our stay. The location is ideal; directly across from the beach & a short ride over the bridge to the historic district. As others have noted, the building itself is a bit dated but our room was very clean & i would recommend it to any travelers!
