Great location but dated.

The location was great. The property is on the beach and it still wasn’t that far of a drive to the historic district. There are restaurants within walking distance. However, the bed leave much to be desired. The master bed creaked and popped so much we thought it might break and by the end of the visit we thought our backs might.

Great vacation home.

This place was great for our large family gathering. We had a 2 bedroom place but everyone gathered at our place and we laughed the night away. Convenient to the beach, pools and downtown St. Augustine. It was a little musty at first but we aired it out and it was all good.

Beach was within perfect walking distance, lots of children in pool area but it's a rental. Would have given 5 stars for accommodation but wish there was couple beach chairs and umbrella to use. As many fly to Florida.

Excellent stay at Ocean Village Club! We stayed a week and we will definitely be returning! The condo had a lot of charm. It was clean, bed was very cozy, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast in the screen in porch. location was walking distance to the beach! The place was very quiet and the property was very taken care off. Excellent stay!! 👍

Poor, won’t stay there again

One tiny soap for 2 people, no little shampoos, no instructions for entry card, who knew you needed one to go to the beach, pick up gate cards 12 mile round trip from the location, unreasonable. Twenty minute from town nothing around the unit, no restaurants, points of interest, seemed to be oversold.

condo was nice, beds comfortable and glad it's a ground floor condo. Since there aren't any elevators it would be helpful to be told. Didn't like fact that couldn't play music at pool without it being on ear buds, hard to talk to someone with ear buds in. Music was lowest level and still told to turn it off, it helps to drown out the mowing and leaf blowing that's done on the grounds

Rental Agreement

I thing is better for all, the rental agreement is sign before the payment. It is fear. If you do not sign after, it is nothing to do if something you do not like, and you loose money
