Reception was cheerful and helpful. Stayed in a 2nd floor balcony king room. View of the Bridge of Lions was nice. Walked on their dock and enjoyed sea turtles, dolphins and even a large tarpon. Nice breakfast free and easy parking. Stayed here to go to the Amphitheater and it was really convenient

Clean room lovely view. Breakfast was good, but could do with a bit more choice. Not far to walk to town . My only dislike was the AC . It was extremely noisy. I had to use earplugs. So did not get the good nights sleep l needed and expected.

Just great. From the Room to the view to breakfast. Great location and there was a golf cart shuttle downtown but the walk across the bridge is amazing. Great restaurant's, shops, and bars in walking distance on the beach side of bridge.

The hotel sits right on the bay on the other side of the lions bridge, why l mention this is parking in St Augustines can really be a problem, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk to town and fort. A real plus and no charge for parking like some others in town. Can't say enough about the staff and the breakfast, not your typical buffet. You won't be disappointed. Room is clean and quiet, it's not a five star hotel, but you are not paying a 100 dollors more a night. In my opinion really enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again.

All the rooms have either a balcony or a patio overlooking the harbor and the drawbridge. It was very relaxing sitting outside watching the boats go by. The extra large hot tub is like a small pool and also was very nice. The breakfast would be hard to beat. It was within walking distance of two breweries, a great seafood restaurant, and downtown

This is a fantastic place to stay! Great location on the water, right next to the bridge. Breakfast was very good and 5pm snacks were nice, fun and right by the patio and pool.

Our top floor room with balcony, a million dollar view of Historic St Augustine and the colorful night lights along our waterfront made for a memorable stay. The bedroom decor, the comfortable AC the top bath amenities were luxurious The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the offerings change daily. The afternoon Happy hour treats available near the pool made for a perfect retreat. Be back soon.

A quiet, lovely place to stay. The view from our balcony was amazing, watching the boats was so peaceful. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I loved we were away from the fray of the more busy, touristy section but still just a walk over the bridge to get to it. We will return.
