The hotel was nice and centrally located, near a lot of attractions, including Old Town Trolley Tours welcome center and a very short drive to the The Old Town district of St. Augustine. The property is currently undergoing a renovation, especially the rooms on the second floor. For some reason, a random sewage like smell could be noticed at times in the hallways, most likely due to the renovations. At night, just be mindful of the area. There was always a police car parked in the lot for some reason. Parking also has to be paid for, $18 a day. Beautiful grounds and the pool, although I didn't personally use it, was really nice. Especially with the flowers and plants. Standard size rooms for a Hampton Inn with two queen beds. Beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. It mentions a breakfast buffet. Although it was delicious, I would classify it as a standard contentiental breakfast. All in all, a nice enough place to stay during your visit to America's oldest European settlement(City).

The only downside was that the bathtub didn't hold water, but everything else was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and everything was very clean. Also, the girl at the front desk was amazing upon arrival; she handled everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
