I arrived at the beautiful hotel property to find no available parking spots in the hotel parking lot and had to park on a nearby street. Once I entered the hotel I overheard 2 employees having a conversation with some extremely vulgar language. I was greeted at the front desk by an guest service agent (hotel receptionist) that looked at me with a blank stare and said "what's up?". I replied with my name and advised him the I had a reservation . The hotel receptionist replied with "so you're here to check-in?" with a sarcastic, questionable look on his face. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome to any business or establishment, let alone a hotel that I paid to visit. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times a year and will not be returning.

The hotel was generally great, but the fridge not working at all was a real bummer for us. Kudos to Andy for keeping our drinks cold for us one of the restaurant's refrigerators. He really save the day for us!
