If you are looking to go on vacation in st Augustine I think this location is pretty nice. It is close to the highway. Also, if people want to go to the lighthouse for example it is like 20 mins from the hotel. I feel like it is a pretty good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfy. Room was spacious. Only thing I wish cafe was open longer. And staff were all very helpful and professional. Pool was clean throughout our stay. I enjoyed it and will be back.

We stayed here on our trip to Miami from NJ. Perfect spot to take a break. Right off the highway. Safe, Clean, staff super friendly, and having a bar and restaurant helped as we didn’t have to leave to get food. There are lots of food options in the area; we were just tired and didn’t feel like leaving. The pool looked nice and well Maintained but we did not use it as we checked in around 7pm. Would definitely recommend to families who are driving to Florida and need to make a pit stop.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest everything was wonderful wish the grill worked like the pic showed but that’s okay we went and got a little table top grill and nobody complained we just sat outside with family and enjoyed our time the staff kept coming outside and said it smelled so good inside lol.!! But other then that I have zero complaints what so ever from the staff to the room everyone was absolutely amazing

Our stay, for 4 nights, was excellent. Our room was spotless, the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. Food from the Bistro let us eat out without going out. The food was great. The best thing was the staff. They are all professional and courteous. I would expect that. In addition, there is an attitude of niceness, welcome, and a true wish to help. In EVERY staff member we saw. Colum (I may misspell his name) greeted us first and explained the amenities in addition to our room. He’s great and started our pleasant visit perfectly. Well done.

Upon arival no towels were in the room and I had to go to front desk to get some. Also no soap in the bathroom, again had to go down to get it. No hair conditioner. Trash was not emptied had to fi d someone to empty it and had to go get towels replaced. We were there for 4 nightes and the room was not cleaned at all. We dtayed here before and it was good enough then that we decided to stay again. This time I was not impressed.
