You could actually get a real breakfast and it was prepared to our satisfaction. The staff was very friendly and done their best to satisfy our needs. The Hotel was a bit more plush than your average hotel. But it could us another elevator, to cut down on wait time other than that it was great.

Our stay was amazing, all the staff were on par. No long wait at check-in or check-out. Plenty of parking. Beautiful buling inside and out. Our room was well taken care of. Housekeeping refreshed our towels and water bottles and offered more if needed. Access to the beach walking less than one block away. Convienent outdoor showers to rinse off before going back in the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay.

Very friendly staff, clean, beautiful You are paying mostly for bells and whistles Low water pressure in shower, ice machine on a different floor. There was no breakfast mentioned only a bar and restaurant. Couldn't see but a small spot of ocean so definitely NoT an ocean view You pay for parking outside your room on the facilities lot!! Crazy. That's like asking someone visiting your home to pay for parking in your drive way. Then they have signs posted on lot saying NoT RESPONSIBLE for vehicles. Still haven't received security deposit back. It was beautiful and friendly staff but we will not stay there again.

This hotel was beautiful. The interior is so nice and the pool was great. Our room was okay! we did find a large palmetto bug adventuring our room late at night. Although my daughter and myself were both traumatized by its size, We have heard from friends that they are very common in florida. So maybe be prepared for such creatures of the area. 😅 other than that we had no issues at all! The facility in total was great. My daughter loved the pool! We spent a majority of our time in it.

The rooms are new and the decor is really nice! The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were really firm and not that comfy. The pool was great, but the hot tub jets would not work and the hot tub was not heated when we tried to use it.

Castillo is a Winner

Very nicely remodeled by Hilton Tapestry Collection. We'd be happy to stay at the Castillo again. The pool is especially nice, and the view from the upper floor ocean-facing rooms is an added pleasure.
