This is a beautiful property, right in the center of all you'll want to do. The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and modern. We appreciated the availability of coffee, water, and wine. The staff was friendly and pleasant, even to the more difficult guests. The breakfasts were all wonderful. We could not recommend this more for your stay in St A!

Booked on a whim and very glad I did. Hostess was helpful, explained everything we needed to know clearly and stay included 24 hour beverages, cookies and fruit. Breakfast was so good- styffed french toast, sausage and eggs. Inly stayed one night but am planning an extended stay in the future. We booked the Ruby room-an “economy” room but it was very nice. Its next to the door and dining area. I was worried about noise but that was not a problem.

Overall, the place was perfect. The staff was amazing and their attitude was "I want to do whatever I can to make your stay perfect." Parking at the place was easy and when we arrived early, they allowed us to park and start enjoying the area. The charm of the place was awesome. Without hesitation, I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful B&B. It has an excellent location in the heart of old Saint Augustine. The breakfast were great. The room was well appointed. As a bonus, there was wine available in the dining room. We enjoyed going to the front porch and drinking wine.

Amazing bed and breakfast right in the heart of St. Augustine. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on St. George Street. Lisa, the property manager met us on site and got us settled in. Each morning we were there the breakfast was so delicious! The Inn, while historic was obviously well kept and loved. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the historic St. Augustine area.

I had a wonderful stay due to the warm hospitality of the manager, Lisa. She made me feel welcomed and at home from just walking into the beautiful bed and breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care. The room and bathroom were very clean and well decorated. There were fresh cookies made daily and complimentary drinks available at any hour. Been wanting to a stay at Bed and Breakfast for a while but had been hesitating; booked this venue 24 hours in advance. The place is cute and accommodating: the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, they offer coffee, wine, water a liquor at bedtime and lavender sachet at night. Located in a strategic location walked to plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues. Definitely worth the money. Notice: accessing hotel you may have to enter into a one way street headed the opposite direction. Enjoy
