The Inn is very cute and quaint, very small and cozy. It's an older building, being in St Augustine, but it is very well kept and a nice place to rest your head while going around town. Breakfast was a standout, as was the nightly availability of drinks or snacks. Staff was very helpful and we never felt like we didn't have privacy or what we needed.

The property is set on a quiet street. I loved that they had coffee, tea, water etc available at all times. It was amazing sitting on the front porch enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and check in was easy even though we had to after hours. Breakfast was the perfect portion size and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus.

The Emerald room was great, close to the parking with its own entrance. The staff was wonderful, our air conditioners were not working, but they offered us another room(which we refused) and they made it very comfortable for us with fans. It did not affect our visit at all.i would stay there again.
