AWESOME location, the best staff and management, very reasonable rates. Rooms are always clean. Numerous restaurants, bars, and music venues within an easy walking distance. Only a few hundred feet from the east end of the Bridge of Lions. Fancy? No. Just a great stay.

Our second time staying at Budget Inn! It’s a little piece of 50’s nostalgia with some modern updates. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. Less than a 2 mile drive to Anastasia State Park.

The property was in a great location. Walkable to the downtown/Old Town area. The only major issues were the air conditioning noise when trying to reach temperature in the room and the pillows were pretty weak. Other than that, great experience would definitely stay again
