Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Showed up to what looked like an unkempt, private residence with trash laying around. There was a stray cat outside and food bowls, clutter lying about. Walked up three flights of stairs to the "penthouse " to find it looking nothing like the photos. I was barely able to stand inside for longer than a few minutes b/c it smelled so terrible like mold. Had to pay for last minute-alternate lodging and i-Trip refused to refund me. Terrible experience. Hopefully litigation will bring some resolution & this property manager can be held accountable for misleading info & unprofessional, rude staff. photos provided
